Terms of Service
Effective November 3, 2026 · version 2026-11-03 · Terms of Service · Privacy Policy · Acceptable Use Policy
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Enbrite LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company (“Enbrite”, “we”, “us”), for the Wren service. Please read them. They include a limitation of our liability (Section 14), your responsibility for what Wren does on your instructions (Section 4), and an agreement to resolve disputes by individual arbitration rather than in court (Section 16).
By ticking the box at sign-up, creating an account, or using Wren, you accept these Terms. If you accept them for a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it, and “you” means that organization.
1. Who can use Wren
Wren is for businesses and professionals. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You may not use Wren if you are barred from doing so under the laws of the United States or the place where you live.
2. The Service
“Wren” or the “Service” means the hosted Wren service at wrenpilot.com, the web and mobile applications, the private Wren instance we run for you, and related support. Wren is an AI operator: software that, on your instructions, reads and drafts email, uses websites and online services with the sign-ins you provide, runs scheduled routines, connects to other services you approve, and takes actions you approve.
Sign-up may be by invitation. We may change, add or remove features. If we discontinue the Service, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email and a way to export your data.
3. Your account
You must give a real email address and keep it current. Keep your password, passkeys and paired devices secure; you are responsible for everything done through your account and your Wren, whether or not you authorized it, until you tell us at hello@wrenpilot.com that it has been compromised. One account runs one Wren unless your plan says otherwise.
4. What Wren does on your behalf, and your responsibility
This section matters more than any other. Wren acts for you. It does what you tell it to do, within the limits you set, and it asks you before it does anything that leaves your hands: sending a message, posting, paying, deleting, or anything else it treats as an outside effect. Each approval is your decision.
You direct Wren. Your instructions, the routines you set up, the limits you choose, and the approvals you give are yours. You are responsible for them and for their results, including every message sent, order placed, payment made, post published, file changed, and account used on your instruction or approval.
Connected accounts and credentials. When you connect a service to Wren or give it a sign-in, you confirm that you own that account or are authorized to use it this way, that doing so complies with that service’s terms, and that you authorize Wren to store and use those credentials to act for you. Each service’s own terms govern your use of that service; Enbrite is not a party to them. Revoke access at any time by disconnecting the service in Wren.
AI makes mistakes. Wren uses large language models. Anything Wren writes, summarizes, calculates or concludes can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and may not reflect our views. It is your responsibility to review output before you rely on it, and you accept the risk of relying on it. Wren does not give legal, tax, accounting, medical, financial, investment or other professional advice. Nothing Wren produces is a substitute for a qualified professional.
Approvals protect you, and they are where responsibility passes. Wren’s approval steps exist so that you see and decide outside effects before they happen. Once you approve an action, or it falls under a standing instruction, widened limit or switched-off approval step that you chose, the action and its results are yours, as if you had done it by hand. The other side of that line is ours: if Wren takes an outside action that you did not approve and that falls outside the limits you set, that is Enbrite’s responsibility, subject to Section 14.
Purchases and payments. When Wren places an order or makes a payment for you, the merchant or payee is the other party to that transaction, not Enbrite. We are not responsible for a merchant’s prices, delivery, cancellation or refund terms, and disputes about a purchase are between you and the merchant.
Lockouts and security checks. Services may lock, suspend, flag or challenge an account that is used by software. You accept that risk when you connect a service, and Enbrite is not responsible for lockouts, suspensions, fraud flags, or failed CAPTCHA or two-factor checks that result from Wren’s use of your account on your instructions.
Other people. You are responsible for making sure that the way you use Wren, including the messages it sends and the data it processes, complies with the laws that apply to you, including laws on commercial email, telemarketing, privacy and consumer protection.
5. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these Terms. In short: do not use Wren to break the law, harm or deceive people, send unsolicited bulk messages, access what you are not authorized to access, evade another service’s security or rules, or attack or overload the Service. Use of AI models through Wren is also subject to the usage policies of the model provider involved (for example Anthropic, OpenAI or OpenRouter), and you agree to follow them.
We may suspend or limit a Wren that puts the Service, other customers or third parties at risk. We will tell you why unless the law or an investigation prevents it.
6. Plans, trials and payment
Plans and prices are shown at checkout and on wrenpilot.com. Payment is handled by Stripe under its own terms; we do not store your card number.
Free trial. A new account may receive one free trial of 14 days. A payment method is required at checkout. When the trial ends, your subscription starts and your payment method is charged the plan price automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends. We will email you a reminder at least three days before the trial ends, and a receipt with cancellation instructions when you are charged.
Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically each month at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page, with no need to call or write; your plan then runs to the end of the period you have paid for and is not renewed. Except where the law requires otherwise or where Section 12 provides a pro-rated refund, fees are non-refundable, including for partial months and unused time.
Price changes. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email. A change applies from your next billing period after the notice, so you can cancel before it takes effect.
Failed payments. If a payment fails we will retry it and notify you. If it still fails after 7 days we may suspend or end your plan.
AI usage. On plans that include AI usage, usage is subject to a fair monthly allowance for normal daily use. When it is reached, Wren slows or pauses AI work until the next period, or you can connect your own AI key. On “bring your own key” plans, your use of the AI provider is under your own agreement with that provider, and you pay that provider directly.
Taxes. Prices exclude taxes. You are responsible for any sales, use, VAT or similar taxes, which we add at checkout where we are required to collect them.
7. Your content and data
You own your content. Everything you put into Wren, everything Wren retrieves for you from your connected services, and the output Wren produces for you (“Your Content”) belongs to you. We claim no ownership of it. To the extent AI output is capable of ownership, we assign to you any rights we have in it.
Licence to us. You give Enbrite only the rights needed to provide the Service: to host, store, back up, transmit, process and display Your Content for you and at your direction, and to send the parts of it a task needs to the AI model providers and connected services you use. We do not sell Your Content, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
Privacy. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. Hosted data is protected with encryption using keys that Enbrite manages; this is managed encryption, not zero-knowledge encryption.
Your responsibilities. You confirm that you have the rights needed for Your Content and for the way you ask Wren to use it, and that it does not violate the law or anyone’s rights.
Export and deletion. You can export Your Content from your Wren at any time. Deleting your account deletes your Wren, its contents and its backups; this cannot be undone. Export what you want to keep first. If your plan ends without deletion, we may delete your Wren after 30 days’ notice.
Feedback. If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.
Publicity. We will not use your name or logo publicly, or describe you as a customer, without your written consent.
8. Our intellectual property
The Service, the Wren software and applications, and everything in them other than Your Content belong to Enbrite and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the applications we provide for your own business, in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works of the Service except where the law permits; resell, rent or sublicense it; remove notices; or use it to build a competing product. Features marked beta, preview or experimental may change or stop at any time and are provided for evaluation.
9. Confidentiality
We treat Your Content and your account information as confidential and use them only to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You agree to keep confidential any non-public information about the Service that we mark as confidential or that a reasonable person would understand to be confidential.
10. Third-party services and AI model providers
Wren connects to services that you choose (such as Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Stripe or your bank’s website) and uses AI models from providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI and OpenRouter. Those services and providers are independent of Enbrite. We do not control them, we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, conduct, fees or policies, and your use of them is governed by their terms. A service may change or withdraw access at any time, which may limit what Wren can do with it. We may add, remove or switch the AI model providers behind plans that include AI, provided that every provider we use is bound not to train on your data; we list the current providers in the Privacy Policy.
11. Availability, support and changes
We work to keep the Service available and secure, and we make backups of your Wren, but we do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of loss. Your Wren sleeps when idle and wakes on demand or on schedule, so it may take a few seconds to respond after a pause. Support is by email at hello@wrenpilot.com. We may modify the Service, and we will not make changes that materially reduce the core functionality of your paid plan during a paid period without notice.
12. Term, suspension and termination
These Terms apply from the time you accept them until your account is deleted. You may end them at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or end your access immediately if you materially breach these Terms, if your use creates legal risk for us or others, or if we are required to by law; otherwise we may end them with 30 days’ notice, with a pro-rated refund of any prepaid fees for the period after termination. On termination your licence ends, your Wren is deleted as described in Section 7, and Sections 4, 7 (as to ownership and licence), 8, 9, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 survive.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE, THE APPLICATIONS AND ALL OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENBRITE AND ITS SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY AND QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, THAT OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, THAT ACTIONS WILL BE COMPLETED, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THESE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
14. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
(a) No indirect damages. ENBRITE AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, DATA OR USE, OR FOR THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE, HOWEVER CAUSED AND UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
(b) Cap. ENBRITE’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (i) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID ENBRITE FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM AND (ii) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).
(c) Actions, output and third parties. WITHOUT LIMITING (a) AND (b), ENBRITE IS NOT LIABLE FOR: ACTIONS WREN TAKES ON YOUR INSTRUCTION, ROUTINE, LIMIT OR APPROVAL, OR UNDER A STANDING INSTRUCTION YOU GAVE; THE CONTENT OF MESSAGES, ORDERS, PAYMENTS OR POSTS MADE THROUGH YOUR CONNECTED ACCOUNTS; YOUR RELIANCE ON OUTPUT; THE ACTS, OMISSIONS, FEES, AVAILABILITY OR POLICIES OF THIRD-PARTY SERVICES OR AI MODEL PROVIDERS; OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT THAT RESULTS FROM YOUR FAILURE TO KEEP YOUR CREDENTIALS AND DEVICES SECURE.
(d) Basis of the bargain. These limits apply together and are an essential part of the agreement between you and Enbrite; the Service would not be offered at these prices without them. They do not limit either party’s liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
15. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Enbrite and its members, officers, employees and contractors from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) brought by a third party arising out of or relating to: Your Content; the instructions, routines, limits and approvals you give Wren and the actions taken under them; your connected accounts and credentials; your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, a third party’s terms or the law; or a dispute between you and a third party. We will notify you promptly of any such claim and may participate in its defense at our own cost; you may not settle a claim in a way that admits fault on our part or imposes obligations on us without our written consent.
Enbrite will defend you against any claim by a third party that the Service, as provided by us and used in accordance with these Terms, infringes that third party’s United States patent, copyright or trademark, and will pay the damages and costs finally awarded or agreed in settlement, provided you notify us promptly and give us control of the defense. This does not apply to claims arising from Your Content, your connected services, AI output, or combinations with things we did not provide. If such a claim is made or likely, we may modify the Service, obtain a licence, or end the affected part of the Service with a pro-rated refund. This paragraph is our entire liability for infringement claims.
16. Dispute resolution, arbitration and class action waiver
Talk first. Before starting a formal proceeding, you agree to write to us at hello@wrenpilot.com with your name, account email and a description of the dispute and the relief you want, and we agree to do the same to you, and both of us agree to try in good faith for 60 days to resolve it. Any limitation period is paused during those 60 days.
Binding arbitration. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that is not resolved informally will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules (or its Consumer Arbitration Rules if they apply), by a single arbitrator. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this agreement to arbitrate. The arbitration will be conducted in English, remotely by video or, if a hearing in person is required, in Erie County, Pennsylvania, unless the parties agree otherwise. The arbitrator may award the same relief a court could award to the individual party, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead, and either party may seek an injunction in court to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
No class actions. YOU AND ENBRITE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, CONSOLIDATED OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims of more than one person. If this paragraph is found unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim will proceed in court, not arbitration, and the rest of this Section still applies.
Mass filings. If 25 or more similar arbitration demands are filed against Enbrite by or with the help of the same or coordinated counsel within 90 days, they will be resolved in batches of up to 50 under the AAA’s rules for multiple case filings, with a single arbitrator per batch, and the fees for the batches will be assessed under those rules.
Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing hello@wrenpilot.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating your account email and that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect the rest of these Terms.
Governing law and venue. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. For any matter not subject to arbitration, you and Enbrite consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Erie County, Pennsylvania, and waive any objection to that venue. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND ENBRITE WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
Time limit. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred, except where the law does not allow this.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms. For material changes we will email you at least 30 days before they take effect and show the new version at wrenpilot.com/terms/, with earlier versions available on request. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept it; if you do not agree, delete your account before that date. Each version is identified by its effective date; the version you accepted is recorded with your account.
18. General
Entire agreement. These Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Enbrite about the Service and replace any prior agreements. Order forms or written agreements signed by both parties take precedence over these Terms where they conflict.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice to you.
Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including outages of third-party services, internet failures, acts of government, or natural disasters, except for payment obligations.
Export and sanctions. You will comply with United States export control and sanctions laws and will not use the Service in, or for the benefit of, a sanctioned country or person.
Notices. We send notices to the email address on your account. You send notices to Enbrite LLC, 502 W 7th St, Ste 100, Erie, PA 16502, USA, or hello@wrenpilot.com.
Severability; waiver. If a provision is found unenforceable, it is modified to the minimum extent needed and the rest remains in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
Independent parties. Enbrite and you are independent contractors. Wren acts as your tool and on your instructions; these Terms do not make Enbrite your agent, fiduciary or partner.
