Acceptable Use Policy
Effective November 3, 2026 · version 2026-11-03 · Terms of Service · Privacy Policy · Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the Terms of Service between you and Enbrite LLC. It applies to everything done through your Wren, whether by you, by someone you let use it, or by Wren acting on your instructions.
Wren acts for you, with your accounts and in your name. That is why the rules below bind what you ask Wren to do, not only what you do yourself.
1. Do not break the law or others’ rights
Do not use Wren to:
- do anything that is illegal where you are or where the people you deal with are;
- infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights;
- collect, use or disclose personal data without a lawful basis and the notices the law requires;
- defraud, deceive or mislead anyone, including by impersonating a person or organization, misrepresenting who sent a message, or presenting AI-generated content as something it is not where that would deceive;
- harass, threaten, defame or abuse anyone, or send content that is hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that promotes violence or self-harm.
2. Do not send what people did not ask for
- No unsolicited bulk email, messages or comments. Outreach must comply with the laws that apply to it (for example the CAN-SPAM Act, the TCPA, CASL and GDPR), and with the rules of the service it goes through.
- Honor unsubscribe requests and do-not-contact lists promptly.
- Do not use Wren to buy, scrape or build contact lists of people who have not agreed to hear from you.
3. Do not go where you are not allowed
- Only connect accounts you own or are authorized to use this way.
- Do not use Wren to access systems, accounts or data without authorization, to guess or test credentials, or to get around access controls, rate limits, CAPTCHAs or other security measures of any service.
- Follow the terms of every service Wren uses for you. Do not use Wren to automate a service in a way that service prohibits, or to scrape a service against its terms.
- Do not use Wren to interfere with, probe, overload or attack any system, including the Service itself or other customers’ Wrens.
4. Do not misuse AI
- Do not use Wren to generate malware, instructions for weapons capable of mass harm, or material that exploits or sexualizes children.
- Do not use Wren to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on people, such as decisions about credit, employment, housing, insurance or access to essential services, without human review and the safeguards the law requires.
- Do not use Wren for high-risk activities where an error could cause death, injury or serious damage, such as operating medical devices, vehicles or critical infrastructure.
- Do not use Wren to deceive people into thinking they are talking to a human where disclosure is required, or to influence elections or political processes through deception.
- Follow the usage policies of the AI model provider involved (for example Anthropic’s Usage Policy, OpenAI’s Usage Policies, or those of the provider behind your own key).
5. Do not resell or abuse the Service
- Do not resell, sublicense, share or rent your Wren or account to third parties without our written agreement.
- Do not use the Service to build a competing product, or copy or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.
- Do not use the Service in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on it, circumvents usage limits, or shares one plan across what should be several accounts.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, and we may suspend, limit or terminate a Wren or an account that violates this policy or that puts the Service, other customers or third parties at risk. We will tell you why, unless the law or an ongoing investigation prevents it. Where a violation involves a third-party service, we may also have to disclose it to that service. We may report illegal activity to the authorities.
If you see something that violates this policy, write to hello@wrenpilot.com.
7. Changes
We may update this policy as the Service and the law change. Material changes will be announced the way the Terms of Service describe.
